aw thats pretty simple.
Go in MMD, make the screen size 50x50, go then to the tab facical expression, click "randomly blinking", put the numbers 1-5 and go to the first blink point. make everytime a photo from the animation like Frame->photo->frame->photo. till the animation is over. then go in Gimp, open each picture as layer and under a tab (frogot the name since mine is in german) i think it was filter is a option "make animation" you also can use other programs to make the animation :3
